All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day
- Processing times may be extended during holidays or high-demand periods
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Oakware currently ships within the United States only.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

ORDER TRACKING
Customers will receive a tracking number by email once the order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Oakware is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Oakware is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to ensure packages can be delivered securely.
