Refund policy

At Oakware, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Returned items must not show signs of damage caused by customer misuse

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error

RETURN PROCESS

Before returning an item, customers must contact our support team for return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

REFUND PROCESS

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Customers will be notified regarding refund approval
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for exchange requests involving damaged or incorrect products.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error.
